Took me damn month, but I finally fit into size 36 pants(barely) and XL shirts! New goal: 34 and L. My ultimate goal is still size 32 and L.

This. If your waist size matches your top size, e.g. 34 and L, then you're not in shape. Your waist size should be at least one size smaller than your shirt size (i.e. you buy shirts based on your chest and shoulder size)

Same for me, wish I found out about it earlier, I got long limbs and loved my weight last year but have been trying to build a bunch of muscle and its caused me to eat like a freak for the past year, all it did is give me a bigger chest and a fat face, arms still look thin and the rest of my body just looks fat, trying my best to just go back to being thin now, it made me feel much better as well

Retard, you don't build muscles by eating like a pig. You need to lift. If you want bigger arms then do some dumbbell and barbell curls, pushups and pull ups. And progressively overload by lifting heavy. Your body won't put on muscles if it doesn't sense that it's necessary.

I hit under 200 pounds for the first time this week, starting from 220. I've been like 180 my whole life but as soon as I hit 33 y/o I shot up to 220 lol. I moved up to a 36 waist and L shirt, but since hitting 200 I can fit comfortably into a M again and not feel like I look gross with my stomach bulging out.
Feels good to finally see some progress after 2+ months of eating the same thing every day etc
