I think being left in the car during extremely hot weather did this to my shady rays. But these are shady rays so I'm not that pissed, but would something like this happen to my $350 Raybans? Should I not be leaving my Raybans in the car permanently or is the quality good enough that it won't be damaged by extreme heat?
>>18730967WTF is this shit? This wouldn't fly in Europe; There's EU rules on UV lights.
>>18730968they're just dirt cheap plastic shit
>>18730967I have had the same pair of Raybans for 18 years and for a decade straight I would just leave them in my car. They're still perfectly fine.
>>18730967Spend money on a decent pair of sunglasses and this won't happen. I have some Ray-Bans from the 1980s that are still in perfect condition. Actual glasses also block 100% of UV rays, important if you don't want macular degeneration or cataracts. Ten dollar sunglasses are for morons.
I've lived in Phoenix AZ my entire life and have never had a pair of sunglasses do something like that after leaving them in the car, and I've worn significantly cheaper than Rayban.
