>>18733585Northern US. People here are naturally more solitary due to the weather but things have only gotten worse. The scene in the larger cities is absolutely tragic, petty crimes gotten worse and substance abuse is common among the college-aged. Everyone feels the decline but none want to acknowledge it. If this weren't 21st century America I would expect it all to boil over into some violent revolution in the near future, but I doubt theres enough motivation in the stagnant pubic for such a physically cooperative act- it'll probably just amount to another riot in a year or two..
