depends on the collar size/type imo, a more pressing question would be v-neck or crew sweater if you're wearing it over a shirt

Always tuck for crew, mostly tuck for v.

Depends on face type, hair cut and upper body shape. V tends to be more relaxed, but if you are tall and slim with brokkoli hair, it might not be your best choice.
