>used to own my own apartment with my own washing machine>first a normal wash, followed to rinse program, to get all the soap out>now i'm renting an apartment where we share a machine>of course everyone but me use perfumed soap>fuck you, rinse program costs extra>clothes always faintly smell and feel oily from just the normal washshould i just go with the water rinse program from now on?clearly there is soap residue in the machine, no need to add my own
>>18736768>OP would rather stink of other people's ball sweat and underarms>rinse costs extradafuck?
>>18736768don't be poor and just pay for the rinse?
>>18736768You can buy a cheap compact washing machine with both washer and dryer in it, you know?
>>18736785it costs money to use the machine, one payment per wash>>18736794that's bullshit but i get it
>>18736768Like a decade ago when I was broke and renting an apartment where the communal washers sucked ass (and the tenants were retards who'd put sand-covered clothing in them), I purchased pic rel and switched to hand washing my laundry in the tub and hang drying. If you can't afford >>18736826 and don't have a tub, get the clothes plunger and a large plastic bucket/container. Tip if you go this route, use way less soap then you do for a washing machine, and consider just even just plain unscented dish soap.
>>18738288Yeah, you don't really need a washing machine. Just do it the old fashioned way. I hand wash all my good clothes in a bucket and hang dry them, especially jeans, so that they don't get ruined in the washing machine from all the aggressive spinning, stretching and friction.
