The great debate
>>18738009oh cool, another saarcore thread
No logo.My only logo is my Rolex.
>>18738009Just recently bought a Lacoste L1212 after wearing exclusively Ralph Lauren polo shirts for years. The fit completely BTFOs the Ralph Lauren if you are even somewhat in shape. I will only be buying Lacoste shirts from now on
For polos. I like sunspel and suit supply
nobody except jeets debates this
>>18738010>>18738042Do jeets buy expensive polos?
>>18738045jeets and boomers are the only ones who even wear polos
>>18738020>The fit completely BTFOs the Ralph Lauren if you are even somewhat in shape. I will only be buying Lacoste shirts from now onWhich cut on the Lacoste? In my experience the L.12.12 Classic fit is a little tight in the sleeves and baggy in the midsection. The regular fit is better around the midsection but the sleeves are longer and narrower in the shoulders. It's like neither is made for someone who actually works out.
>>18738042skintight polo over bulging gut, skintight jeans in summer, flip flops
>>18738009No and no.
>>18738077lolololol jeet core
>>18738009Lacoste for a poloRalph Lauren for a jumper.
Just a heads up guys, we got a kid that's been making these threads repeatedly. They inevitably die quickly because not many people are actually interested in this debate.>>18738045Neither of those polos are expensive.
>>18738143I posted like 10 times in the last one, but really there's not much interest.Tommy mogs in terms of fit and quality desu.
>>18738171tommy doesn't mog anything, stop coping
>>18738211I has the best cut for my average/fit build at 183/6'0" - and on top of that it has the best feeling fabric out of RL/Lacoste.Although, come to thing of it, the Uniqlo JWA polyslop also had amazing hand feel compared to RL/Lacoste. But I know Tommy help up even when tumble dried (although it ruined my fuckign white t-shirt by bleeding some color).
>>18738009Classic L12.12 is the GOAT. I've worn a lot of polos and nothing fits or looks better.Everything else is either poly blend, slim fit or China made. L12.12 is 100% cotton made in Portugal. Wouldn't buy anything else fron Lacoste but my L12.12 collection is always growing for summer smart-casual wear.
>>18738218>out of 3 dogshit options the one that bleeds color in the wash is supremepolocels are truly a sad spectacle
>>18738241Do you think that there's a deep red garment that won't bleed color on the first couple of washes? Are you retarded?
>
>>18738246>buy dogshit quality clothes>call other people retarded
>>18738009Of those two, Lacoste classic imo. I am trying Eton as an alternative at this time because I do not fancy visibly branded garments and value things to be made in Europe. Cannot give educated opinion at this time because I dont own them long enough.
>>18738009This was not a 'great debate' the last three times you made this retarded thread.
I’m not buying either. Polos are dadcore or gym teacher outfits.
>>18738623
>>18738625Saaaaaar! Please buy:>Rolex>Lacoste>Cologne>Aviators>Skinny jeans
>>18738626Maybe you are at risk of looking like a tubby indian tourist if you wear a polo, I'm not.
Bump
>>18738054I'm 78kg/183 and reasonably fit, I buy the classic in size 3 or 4. 4 is slightly loose, 3 is slightly tight, but are good in terms of length which is my main concern. I would say they're both almost perfect for me.
>>18740686Forgot to say, I also just got a regular t-shirt-like fabric RL polo and I'm blown away by how nice the fabric feels, and also the fit is loose and comfortable without being too long. I wish I could find more of these used, but 99% of the ones sold are the regular pique ones. I have a few of these from H&M but they're the wrong length and also they don't use different fabric for the armholes.
