Fatigue pants.
>>18738196i tried to make a pair work one time but it was terrible
better than jeans, I own two pairs both from orslow, the classic green straight cut and the lighter and wider summer cut in ecru
>>18738196Why is this 130 pound kid wearing the clothes of a muscular 190 pound man? Looks like a goddamn retarded faggot.
>>18738198I want the Orslow ones so bad. Supposedly they're the best you can get. They're always sold out though I wanted to get some from Bronson since they're so cheap but they're sold out tooOnly places with any stock are the shitty slim versions nobody wants. Fatigues are very much "in" right now so it's getting very hard to find any
>>18738203the regular green ones are my favorite item of clothing, so comfortable and versatile
They look like ass. They get mogged by jeans and they signal you're a terminally online trend victim.
>>18738219>wearing jeans in the middle of summer
>>18738229I'm not wearing long pants in the summer in any case, that's irrelevant.
>>18738229what's the problem?>>18738196I don't like the pockets, looks too much like fatigue pants
>>18738249>the pockets on fatigue pants look too much like pockets on fatigue pants
>>18738253yes? you're catching on quickly.
>>18738219I agree. You may as well just wear cargo pants. Those are as ugly as carpenter pants imo
>>18738258water is wet by the way just thought you should know
>>18738229Nice job outing yourself as a fatfuck.
>>18738290You think because an attractive person is pictured with jeans on during summer that somehow changes how the weather works?
>>18738292Sweatie, light wash jeans and a white t-shirt was always a summer staple until the 2000s (for men and women), because back then most people weren't fat pieces of shit. Walking around in public wearing shorts during summer was always a fatfuck trait.
>>18738323I don't think you live anywhere near a place that actually gets hot.
>>18738261>water is wetum
>>18738323>Until the 2000sWell, guess what, old man.
I have fatigue fatigue.
>>18738203Just for a contrary opinion I actually owned the OrSlow ones and sold them because I thought they kind of fucking sucked for the amount they cost. The Bronson ones are really good quality and are like 1/3 to 1/4 the price when you can get them. I really wouldn't listen to most the people who are saying it's either OrSlow or nothing because they haven't yet come to grips with the fact that they could've spent 1/4 of what they did and gotten a just as faithful reproduction.Truthfully the only time I'd ever recommend buying the OrSlow over something like Bronson is if you were in Japan where they're only like double the price. Even then lots of stores in Ueno (like Hinoya) stock fatigues by domestic brands that are like the same price as the Bronson ones but are Made in Japan.
>>18738969Why did you think they sucked?
>>18738972>reading comprehensionHe didn't say they actually sucked, but that for the price they go for he expected a lot more compared to more affordable alternatives.
>>18738973Makes literally no difference as I'm only interested in the dissatisfaction of the product and ascertaining the credibility of such a perspective. Go be a pedantic child on another board.
>>18738972It was mainly the Cost to Quality aspect. I don't really think they were bad quality at all, It's just they left a lot to be desired for how much they cost.Whereas with brands like Bronson and other random Japanese manufacturers they didn't cost me an insane amount and I pretty much only found myself satisfied with them, as I knew their quality matched OrSlow's in most if not all aspects.I think it's also worth mentioning that if you do get the Bronson fatigues, look at 838A OD7 as well as the OG107's. Exact same cut and design but they use their Herringbone fabric instead of Reverse Sateen, and imo Bronson uses a really nice Herringbone fabric that ages and wears quite well. The reverse sateen of the OrSlow fatigues definitely felt softer than Bronson's but appearance wise I didn't notice any real difference. OrSlow also does do vintage washes on lot's of their fatigues but you'll get the exact same effect by just wearing and washing any other pair of fatigues; they'll probably even soften up to how the OrSlow ones felt too. If you need a longer inseam though you're kind of out of luck with Bronson as they only make shit for people 5'8" and below.
>>18738992You don't approach non-imported clothing with that mentality because you'll never find affordability there. You pay the big bucks because you see it as an investment that you'll enjoy for the next 10+ years, or in other cases it's a particular design that just isn't found anywhere else. Also I wouldn't exactly call 200 bucks an insane amount for a pair of trousers.
>>18738203Orslow aren't clearly 'the best considering that every Jap brand has their own version of baker pants. They stand out primarily due to their availability from western stockists and the variety of fits/colors they offer. Within Japan itself Orslows sit at a modest price of ~$120 usd, much lower than the premium pairs from the likes of Kapt Sunshine, Mccoys and Boncoura.
the pockets suck to use compared to free-floating pockets though
>>18738196>Fat pants.
>>18739419I kinda like them with how big Phones are these days. Makes it easy to fit.
>>18739441weird since I hate them for that exact reason, sit down with a huge phone in your pocket in these pants and it's guaranteed to grind into your pelvis until you fiddle with it, and once you're sitting down they barely hold the phone in. though I do only have some chink aliexpress edition of the pants, maybe the pockets arent as deep as other versions.
>>18739459Nah it's the same with premium versions, kind of why I dislike them too. The buttoned back pockets are also kind of irritating too imo.
Amy good recs for fatigue shorts?
>>18738201Based insecure people love the oversized trend
i have the polyester british fatigues that go for like 4 bucks and they suck ass, got a shitton of tree sap round the butt part and it looks like i shat myself
>>18738695Water actually is wet. https://www.livescience.com/physics-mathematics/water-might-secretly-be-a-mix-of-2-different-liquids-scientists-say
>>18738481Yes I do and still wear jeans because I'm not a fat fuck and I don't wear plastic clothes.
>>18740234No one under 55 wears long jeans in the summer here in Greece, because people die from the heat.
>>18738201Because they're meant for men who do actual work, moron. When you do real work, you need all that room for ease of movement, breathability and comfort.>bu-bu-but cowboy pants are slim fitYes, because they're meant for horse riding. Riding pants are slimmer to prevent slipping/sliding and chaffing while riding.>>18739426>another soilennial unc who thinks men's pants are supposed to be skintight
>>18740236Imagine being fatter and weaker than 55+ year old boomers. Pathetic.
