Do you care about wearing stuff that's out of fashion, or go out of your way to avoid wearing stuff that's out of fashion?
Imagine anything slim fit in 2026.
Pic unrelated.

I do wear stuff that aren’t IN fashion but aren’t the kind of garments people avoid. I wear things that are sometimes forgotten, which is different than yesteryear’s trends. I won’t dress in in inherently millennial or gen-X clothing but I will maybe wear something from the 60s, 70s, or 80s, or even the 1990s people completely forgot about. Those are the hidden treasures that make a statement.

Yeah. You could probably put me into the "wearing stuff thats out of fashion" category. I like things like Italian penny loafers, woven leather belts, tweed sportcoats, wool peacoats in the winter etc.
Those have been around for decades and I just don't have the headspace to constantly worry about the next big thing normies are interested in.

Nice I was in highschool in the 90s. What are some examples that you wear from back then? I notice the younger generation is dressing kind of similar to the 90s these days.

I never follow any trends so no and I don’t care if item x that I’m wearing suddenly is trendy and then falls out.

I avoid it to a point.
I might wear a slim fit shirt, but I won't wear slim fit pants.

I don't really care what other people consider trendy. I'm more aiming toward looking good.
