What exactly does "form fitting" mean for men? The reason I ask is that one of my friends who is a woman said "Wow, I see you have your titties out today!" as a joke. I was confused at first but she said wearing shirts that fit biceps is like "showing cleavage" but for men. Do you think that is accurate? Like if a woman shows cleavage, its on purpose. If a guy is wearing a shirt that shows biceps, is that the equal to showing cleavage in the outfit / fashion world? More importantly, I ask because I have been wanting to sort of make myself more presentable I guess show more sex appeal as a man but it seems impossible to do it in a way that doesn't come off as try hard or douchey somehow. Like I am not going to casually wear suits or dress clothes but is there anything else that can be done? What do you think?

I honestly don't think its comparable because I doubt women care the same about the arms of men compared to how much dudes care about the size of a womans tits. Also, I don't think there is anything inherently sexual about either sexes arms.
I wear fitting clothes and no one has ever said anything negative about it.
