What do you wear to bed? For me it's usually an old pair of polyester sweatpants and a cotton t-shirt, but I'd like to ditch the synthetic bottoms for something organic or at least natural. Bonus if it looks nice enough to be able to step outside without being too sloppy or embarrassing.
I've heard that wool makes the best sleepwear but it's really expensive, and it seems like it's usually cut tight like underwear. Doesn't really look nice.>The latest study conducted by researchers at The University of Sydney has found adults wearing wool sleepwear fell asleep in just 12 minutes compared with 22 and 27 minutes for those wearing polyester and cotton.>4) Poor sleepers had less wakefulness when sleeping in wool compared to cotton (p=0.047).https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC6716586/
