Are these good for summer?
>>
I cropped it out but it's from Uniqlo
>>
Probably not, but you didn't include the material it is made from which is the most important thing. The best thing in the summer, depending on what you are doing is looser fit linen pants. You might not think it but theyre cooler than shorts because of the movement of the fabric and the breathability of the fabric. avoid synthetic fibers. also uniqlo sucks and those pants proabbly wont last 2 years. save up and get some Spier & Mckay or Black Ficus

just get the linen pants from uniqlo dude idk what the hell "Wool-like" is but it's definetly worse than linen for hot weather
>>
>>18743341
No, look for lightweight linen or linen-like cotton pants
>>18743367
nta but it's not completely bollocks, if you're wearing slimmy plastic shorts they will feel like shit on your thighs
>>
>>18743341
Those shits are skinny and 100% synthetic, I'd rather wear anything else during the summer

Linen literally looks like you're on a tropical beach vacation. What if you actually have to go to work/school?
>>
>>18743341
>wool like
So plastic (acrylic). You don't wear fucking plastic or even wool in summer. Get cotton or linen summer pants. You can find cheap brands on Walmart, Amazon or Alibaba.
>>
>>18743510
Linen is just a material, there's plenty of linen pants that look and breathe much brtter than your plastic shit
>>

linen dress pants*
>>
This forum is lost.
Buy linen, fresco, seersucker.
>>
>>18743341
You can get actual organic material pants for similar price, especially if you wait for a sale. Just wait.
>>
Just buy synthetic, it wicks away sweat with it's performance tech
Cotton will hold on to your sweat
>>
>>18744344
Cotton sucks the sweat away from your body and then cools off when it evaporates.

See if you can find oxford/piquet-like materials

>muh performance tech
Stop parroting marketing buzzwords like a retarded consoomer. You're wearing plastic, retard. Cotton is better than plastic because cotton absorbs sweat and spreads it out pretty much evenly across the entire fabric, so it cools you off better. Plastic slop on the other hand pools your sweat at the same place while letting bacterial colonies, bodily oils and wastes to concentrate at the same spot they were secreted from, which causes your clothes and body to stink like shit.

And thicker plastic fabrics (like for trousers) work more like insulators, so they will heat you up way more than cotton or any natural fiber fabrics. So, no, don't get plastic pants.
>>
In terms of material linen > cotton > plastic for breathability, but other factors like thickness, fit and weave type is just as important, 20oz slim jeans won't breathe at all
