For example I went to a huge mall with big amount of clothes shops, I looked literally at every top item in it. I know I once went to a suit store and none of the suits fit me. They were all for fat middle aged men. Since moving to Japan clothes fit me much better.

Try having a 48” chest with broad shoulders and a 34” waist. If you’re lucky enough to find something that fits in the shoulders and chest (even XXL is too small for most brands), it’ll be a tent around the waist
