How do japanese niggas get this cool textured look to their hair?I am a brown latrino so I have completely straight hair like asians. I tried using matte paste and it looks decent but I can never achieve this effect.

My friend from fukuoka has hair naturally like picrel. You have to know what your hair is actually like. Some people have wavy hair but would never know due to their water quality or hair care patterns. Alot of women find out all they had to do was properly hydrate their hair or have a good haircare routine to understand they had an entirely different type of hair to begin with.There are straight perms and then thee are perms that create different types of textures as opposed to your original hair texture

That's why most hair pre the 80s/90s in most photographs are thick and voluminous. It is a trend now that the technology exists enmasse along with chemical makeup in haircare products to be more conducive towards maintaining straight hair
癖毛 is the natural state of a lot of peoples hair and its pretty common for men and women to intentionally straighten their hair there
