Any cool tattoo ideas? Thinking of getting one soon.
I think a tattoo of the Mona Lisa would be pretty cool
Tattoos should be gotten when one is like 20-something. It's so juvenile and cringe when people get tattoos in their 30's and 40's. Especially 40's.

>>18752912Just get a tattoo gun and do it yourself pussy
tattoos only ever look good when its a big cohesive design like a sleeve or a full back.
>>18752912It needs to be relevant for you to the point that you can explain in depth the concept behind it and relevance. If you can forsee your answer as "I like it and it looks cool" then its a bad and retarded idea
>>18753394people with the most tattoos who don't regret them usually just like how they look
>>18753396Aka the most corny retards
>>18753403having some arbitrary explanation behind it is pretty corny too
>>18753406It acts as a natural boundary to becoming this guy
I argue ideally you want it to both look good and also have some meaning beyond a brief want because it is something on your body for quite sometime until you can acquire the technology for removal.
>>18753408mostly you will be thinking of the time and place you were when getting the tattoo, inventing some kind of meaning more than that is kind of pretentious. i believe its more important to have an aesthetically cohesive style and good placement than "meaning", meaning here is kind of fleeting. its mostly women who do the whole "i have a butterfly because chad broke my heart and i was reborn bla bla bla", you can be honest and get tattoos because they're aesthetic if you do it right.
>>18752912I wouldn't get a tattoo from an artist that charges less than $200 an hour and there are a lot better things for me to spend money on than like $1200 on a fucking doodle. At a minimum you could put that into a mutual fund or a tool you need or a speed queen. Tattoos can be cool but they're usually complete dogshit from a terrible artist and the money it costs for a quality one should be spent elsewhere if you are even remotely financially literate.

Tattoos are so gay and played out and conformist. Dont be a trend follower. BE A TREND SETTER.
I've been seeing a lot of stuff online lately about tattoos being full of toxins that seep into your body for the rest of your life and make you chronically ill. Is there any truth to this at all?
>>18752948Except it would just look like a shitty copy. No matter what, you could never replicate the way light reflects off the hundreds of layers of paint in the original, giving her the characteristic changing smile. Plus it's kind of meaningless to copy a painting on to your body.
>when I see someones tattoo and all I can think about is how stupid and shit it looks
I can't remember the last time I saw a good looking tattoo
>>18753406>actually relevant/personal>arbitrary??
>>18753394Nah, people who go on long rants about the "deep meaning" behind their ugly scribbles are the corniest fucking thing
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k52UPSYTfpMim watching this ftm looking guy's videos time to time (desu only for his wardrobe changes, dont care about his little house renovating) but yeah, his tattoos are so damn tacky tasteless cringy
>>18753631I saw one once but it was on a guy in his late 30s who spent thousands on it. Ot was a huge black and grey dragon
Cool tattoo idea: no tattoo at all, you retarded fucking faggot
