As in moisturizing their entire body after every shower as well as moisturizing regularly throughout the day. Ideally people with lighter skin should be doing the same but dried up greyed/whitened skin isn't as visible on light skin compared to dark skin. It's the insane amount of moisturizing plus the fact that dark skin doesn't get damaged by the sun as easily. All of this results in gorgeous looking skin.
