I did /noooo/ for 15 years because of this place. I just recently was pressured into using shampoo and conditioner again by my wife and my hair immediately looks much better. I feel like I missed out on the prime of my life, walking around with fucked up frizzy hair that probably put off everyone that I met.
>>18757027Doesn’t have to be all or nothing.. cleaning too frequently is badUsually on Saturday/Sunday weekly is enough for me and maybe once in the week if it’s hot
>>18757031depends entirely on the shampoo, I use nodé twice a day no problem *proof this is not a shillpost in the user name
>>18757027Use the yolks as a conditioner, wash it out, then use the whites as a shampoo.
who the fuck doesnt use shampoo and conditioner? you know toothpaste exists as well?
>>18757027I wash every 3 days with a Lush cinnamon shampoo bar and the Veganese conditioner, I’m aware it’s a girly focused brand but my hair is healthy and whatever they use in their formulations is one of the few that doesn’t make my scalp dandruff up. Plus a diet that includes vit C, collagen, fatty omega3 acids, biotin, iron and vit B7 to help skin and hair. It’s more about finding what looks good for you and not the endless trends and techniques for perfect hair health shilled by people online like people who make videos insisting on never washing it and presenting themselves as some kind of guru you should follow or shilling undisclosed ads brands/courses/etc.
>>18757155>>18757192and the shell as toothpaste
>>18757192>>18757358i just wash my hair in raw milk and rub it in with raw beef and raw eggs.
>>18757027I tried using shampoo yesterday after I saw this thread>feels like you can't wash it off>hair is squaky>hair feels dry and is one big knot>bunch of hair fell off (probably normal amount but it juts happened at once) after it dried it was better and today my hair feels pretty normal, little lighter and fluffier? maybe. Thanks for reading my blog.
