Not this guy, but every t-shirt I have ever owned does this, where it sticks out at the sides.
Large or small sizes dont seem to make a difference.

Stop dressing like a retard and get something that properly fits. If you want it to be oversized(like pic related) but form-fitting in the arms get it tailored. Not that difficult.

That's not the issue. Your shoulders and upper arms do not have enough volume to shape the sleeves so they poke out like that. I had the same issue when I was a skinny kid. When I got more serious about lifting it went away.
