Who makes a good pair of spectator shoes, and how do you style them?
>>18759435I got frank james and the quality was only just acceptable after heavy leathering conditioning and polishing them.I think you gotta hit above £80 for quality.
>>18759435Finding ones not for tap dancing or bowling and new in good quality is difficult. Allen Edmonds occasionally has them as the Broadstreet but it's really random when they decide to release them.
>>18760305>>18760305Hmm, thank you for your input Big Nigga and Anonymous, I'll keep this in mind. Should I just go for the familiar black + white? It looks like there's many companies making models with slightly unique twists on the formula.
>>18761365Well I would go for the combo you like but I have a pair in brown/white and I think that works a bit better for me since black/white reminds me of Michael Jackson in the 80s. I do remember coming across these Florsheim Royal Imperials that looked cool. Kind of like a reversed black/white combo.
I have dug speccies since seeing them in Grim Fandango as a boy. Never pulled the trigger and am not sure how you'd style them other than a costumey looking suit.Magnoli Clothiers is an option.Any place where you can get custom brogues could probably do it if you asked.
>>18761365All sexy. But, l leave the country walking colours for country walking like the burgundy and ox blood. Racing green should probably be for country walking too.
