I don't think you have to worry about that. A lot of women, even those who find bras uncomfortable need bras because not wearing a bra is even more painful for them. Only women with very small boobs can completely abandon bras altogether. If she has medium to big boobs then something as simple as going up stairs can be incredibly painful with zero support.
