Just because there are periods in which Levis completely shits the bed on their patterns (making the back pockets too low, slimming the leg and lowering the rise too much), it doesn't mean that the 501 is inherently cringe. I will always crack out my MA-1 and N-1 every winter. I actually get more complements on those jackets compared to anything else despite us not living in 2010 anymore

Lee actually made a regular production line storm rider and I just got one. I paid 110 euro for it just because I always wanted a storm rider. It's clearly not worth the price, it's a basic jacket that feels like the denim is thin and the fabric itself is...meh.But I still love how it looks and I'm happy I finally have one. I'm currently in the process of washing it for a second time to get it a bit faded because I hate raw looking indigo color denim.This will be my main jacket for the coming months, pretty sure.
