Spray your fragrance a couple times onto that, spray it once on both wrists, and let it settle as you get ready the rest of the way. That's basically been my routine for the last couple years. Never have any issues with projection/sillage & people noticing, even with cheap stuff.

She's absolutely right, but it's hard to say how much of cancers are caused by that, she's a bit alarmist. I'd say most likely a small minority. If we're talking about lung cancers (not pleura) tobacco and ambient pollution are the main identified culprits. For the neck stuff it's even harder to say, because she's talking about substances going in the bloodstream. I agree that cosmetic regulations are completely ridiculous though, especially the FDA ones
