Skirts and dresses are pretty much objectively the best things to wear when it's hot, especially if you were them with only panties and no safety shorts. I wonder wear them because they look fucking disgusting on men but women wear them all the time. When outdoors it's kind of hard to find a woman in pants actually. They're all in skirts, dresses, or short shorts. Pants are more when women are indoors with AC.
