Whool has zero advantage against cotton. None.It's itchy, it's hard to wash, i leaves lints everywhere.

There's also a brand in Merrick making clothes from Scottish Blackface wool which can be 40 microns. I guess it looks very grandpacore and could serve as a bulletproof vest.My point is that while Zegna can now make 9.4 micron knitwear, it makes you think what's on the other end of the spectrum.
