My nose is inflamed and full of blackheads—giant ones—and that seems to be causing the swelling. What should I do? I never wash with soap; I only use water.

remove/extract any that you canwash w an oil based cleanser (try cerave, it's affordable.)apply salicylic acid cleanser serum - don't rinsemoisturize w light facial moisturizer - i use cera ve daily moisturizer but that might be too heavy for you. i think they have a lighter night cream.repeat nightlygl anon
