Do you want Hollywood waist (fabric above beltloops, rather than ending in same spot as beltloops) as in your picture or just high waist?If just high waist, older Dockers (check vintage guide for older than 90s labels) can be pleated and have a mid-high waist. See also Peter Christian (huge front rise). If you wear L30-L32 you could try Bronson, Olderbest.

>>18772512if you live in a third world country just make your local tailor make them, otherwise thrift or ebay if you don't wanna pay $100. and yeah these are too short. it is legitimately very easy to find those kinds of pants on poshmark, ebay, vinted, realreal and whatever other marketplace elliot duprey uses for like 20 bucks you just need to search your measurements and be patient
