The image around raw denim is ruined by heavyweight-obsessed millennials that wear 25 oz+ slim cut jeans that don't get washed for over 6 months. They want to flex with their high contrast fades and honeycombs behind the knees, but it really looks uncanny. The equivalent of jeans that some retarded indian or slav would think looks cool. Raw denim originated with the old 501s. They will always look most natural with a relatively relaxed cut that is washed semi-regularly
