my grandpa had great fashion sense and my dad does too. My dad grew up working with the mob in montreal, and I take it they basically spent all their money on clothes. He is very low key about it now (like he has very cool outfits but he doesnt really talk about them, just wears good fits). When I was growing up he would bully me about what I wore if I wore something he didn't think was good. He would ask me what I was going for and then respond to me with "oh because it looks like you are trying to dress like a faggot". Thank god too because I grew up knowing how to dress like a proper adult male.

My parents are Gen Jones. My dad is an '80s frat bro gone relaxed. Graphic tees, shorts, and uniformly, spring, summer, fall, winter (if not wearing crocs) sperry boat shoes. Able to dress up a little preppy if required. Mother dresses like a respectable version of the Valley Girl she used to be. Solid taste, still holds herself up to a solid fashionable standard without being too young or too grandmotherly. My grandparents are all silent gen. The grandfather that survives doesn't care anymore and just goes polos and shorts, his wife normal, classy Florida Boomer tier. My paternal grandfather, god rest his soul, dressed full southern prep. Long sleeves deep into the heart of the godforsaken Alabama summer without a lick of a complaint. Never, ever saw the man in jeans or shorts.
