Horrendous. I refuse to believe adults dress like that. Looks like some cheap anime cosplay.

Horrendous.

You know those nylon belts are designed to be cut to size, right?

Notice how the only people not calling this retarded, which it is, are referencing cartoons.

I’m pretty sure labcoats are actually required for some things if you’re a doctor. Wearing a lab coat casually is definitely Doug tier though.

Checked. And no, you'll look like an inept fool unless you're either:

A. a doctor/scientist/whatever who is actually working in a laboratory in a professional capacity

B. Some sort of eccentric rock star or famous artist who can get away with it because of their situationally-elevated status. I think I remember Muse's Matthew Bellamy performing in a lab coat at one point and getting away with it. If you were an artist doing a weird exhibit you might be able to pull off wearing a lab coat to look inscrutable or 2deep4people or something but you'd still have to do the presentation correctly.

^Anything else--any attempt to wear a lab coat during "normal life"--and you will absolutely look like a fool. People will cringe on your behalf, some will be nice to your face and halfheartedly pretend you don't look like an idiot, most will laugh behind your back, some will laugh to your face.

When I still wanted to design clothes I thought how great and morbid it would be to make a fur lab coat out of white lab mice pelts. They get killed anyway. I would have cut the pelts into uniform rectangles and then sew them together and then use the sheets to cut out the panels for the lab coat. Now I will never bother to get into clothing in that way but if someone here is some sort of fashion student and can pull this off it would be great.

Unless the metal tip and the end of the belt is removeable, no they're not. Stop saying nonsense. 99% of them that tip is stamped on to prevent it from fraying. You're stupid and you say stupid things. Also I am not OP.

Never came across a nylon webbing belt like this. All of them the buckle was already fixed and that's true for the majority of this kind of belt. You're just cherry picking.
>>
>>18779284
This is so morbid
>>
>>18781007
>You're just cherry picking
Nigga, it's the low-rent bullshit they give to the military. The fact that you have never seen one just proves that you don't wear belts.
>>
>>18778400
I am so tired of people who have no reason to wear a lab coat, wearing them. I'm a medical student now, I've worked in hospitals, I've worked in research labs. Unless you're working with some substance you're trying to keep off your clothes, lab coats make you seem like such a try hard.

Also, everyone is getting them now. Chiropractors, NPs, PAs, I heard of a fucking dietician program giving them out. Even in medicine, it depends on the speciality. I would audibly laugh if I saw a psychiatrist outside of a mental hospital, wearing one
>>
>>18781286
I never came across those once and I wore plenty of webbing belts back in the 2000s skater punk times.
