Are they /fa/?
let it die already
>>18780482This is still an abomination, but it's a million times better than the other way around. The top part of the shoe is just design, it could be anything. But it being fine leather means it's going to be very expensive and last a long time. However, if the bottom half of the shoe is just a load of cheap foam, then it's going to last no longer than a $20 pair of shoes, and all your expensive leather will go to waste.Your pic atleast atleast what appears to be a resolable base, so the leather won't go to waste after a year or two
>>18780482Looks surprisingly leatherlike for sneaker shit. Not for me but I wouldn't shit on anyone wearing it
Men's fashion would be dramatically improved if every guy that wore shitty fake dress shoe sneakers bought a pair of these instead. They are extremely comfortable, only reason I didn't get them is because they're kind of ugly and I have a pair of loafers that already fit perfectly.
>>18780482I would buy this if it were white
I wanted these so bad
>>18781161>that shape>comfortablelmao
>>18781161Ugly leather and unconfortable last, I prefer these for casual shoes. There are many clean looking sneakers too, just avoid white soles and unnecessary patches
>>18780482>>18781178Look like bowling shoes
>>18781254Now shit Sherlock, it literally says bowling on the side of the white ones.
>>18781219
>>18780482NoEither wear dress shoes or sneakers. I'm sick of seeing these ugly crossover things.
>>18781293said the gucci retard wanking over 1k ballsack looking slop
>>18781344I didn't post those ugly ass loafers dumb ass.
>>18781592post yours then faggot nigger
>>18781219Ok grandpa
>>18781198It was comfortable for me. Do you think I'm lying?
>>18780482>>18781296It's kind of funny, because these kind of modern sneakers, as well as dress shoes, evolved from Derby and Oxford shoes, which were sporting shoes derived from military footwear of the 1800s. Modern dress shoes and sneakers are basically branches of the same design, one just stayed more old-school and the other became lightweight and optimized for sports. In that sense, this sort of crossover kind of makes sense as a "step backward", like an oldschool sporting shoe. It's still hard to not see these as a goofy choice of shoe worn by someone who doesn't know what he wants, however.
>>18780482Boom fixed
>>18781697>implying grandpa isn't more /fa/ than you
>>18781219pretty sure my late 60s boomer dad who wears cargo shorts everywhere owns a pair of these
