The sleeves are very slightly on the long side, but they aren't bad, and I wouldn't return the jacket because of that. Getting half of an inch to an inch tailored off of the jacket's cuffs may be a little costly, if you prefer to do that. For what the length is right now, you just do not normally have visible shirt cuffs, in that case, though a very minor sliver of them may be seen, depending upon how long your shirt sleeves are.
