Only do this if you look like you lift!
>>
>>77275797
Damn. I actually like that.
>>
>>77275797
serratus is actually like mitins licis does "rotator cuff" this is the opposite of serratus
>but i feel it!
it's a stretch imbecile
with rubber of course - make sure you've got ample scapular movement: upward rotation and horizontal displacement
>is it like same thing one does when trying to curl way too heavy dumbbell regarding scapula ?
exactly

We used to have a pullover machine in the gym at the college I went to, it was identical to that just more upright. I liked it.
>>
>>77275797
gonna try it, the actual pullover machine at the gym is fucking shit
>>
based.

That looks comfy. I love pullovers.
>>
>>77275797
This is literally just skullcrushers. No lat involvement at all
>>
>>77275797
Not heavy enough

I've been trying to find some sort of harder variant of this cause I've gotten strong enough that the hardest part of the lift is staying stable and have found nothing. I tried the variant where you use an incline bench facing away from the cable station and for some reason I don't feel it at all in my lats and it just feels shit. Also tried doing DB pullovers but it feels off on my shoulders in the bottom position.
>>
>>77276969
Get the highest bench your gym has, at worst incline it with the least steep angle it has
Put the bar (ez or normal whichever feels comfortable) down on the ground, reach behind, pull, put it back but dont pull until it's fully settled down and dont use an ounce of momentum
Repeat
>>
>>77276973
I've re-read this 3 times and still can't visualize what you're talking about.
>>
>>77276979
This but put the bar down on the ground
>>
>>77276989
is the pulley at the bottom?
>>
>>77276989
is decline better?
>>
>>77277007
No, it's with a bar. If you feel like doing it with cables sure
>>77277135
You're just shortening the range of motion and getting less stretch, it's easier. I mentioned the slight incline in-case some anon reading this might have really long arms or short benches
>>
>>77276989
The first time I did these I felt an extremely satisfying pop in my upper back. I havent been able to replicate it since.

Have you done them perpendicular to the bench ? Go moderately heavy, brace your core to where you're tight but still can breathe without a lot of diaphragm flexion (dont do valsava tho), your ribcage and spine will feel the greatest they've ever did
>>
>>77277156
I havent, screencapped for my next trip into the garage

huh never occurred to me to do them like this

Kek looks like a good way to end in a top 10 gym fails or in that shredded nerd faggots videos when your working sets pulls you back and crashed your head into the cable stand
>>
>>77277170
I doubt most people could do enough weight that would even be able to move you an inch due to the friction off the floor much less slingshot the meter backwards youd need to move to hit the rack
>>
>>77277170
being unable to model the physical world accurately in your mind is a sign of a very low iq. im so sorry.
