I've been trying to find some sort of harder variant of this cause I've gotten strong enough that the hardest part of the lift is staying stable and have found nothing. I tried the variant where you use an incline bench facing away from the cable station and for some reason I don't feel it at all in my lats and it just feels shit. Also tried doing DB pullovers but it feels off on my shoulders in the bottom position.

>>77275797I do these standing using the lat pulldown cable machine but this version honestly looks like it gets you a really good stretch even if blood is rushing to your head and you look silly. want to try it but wont cause only sweaty fat lards sit on the quad extension all day
