i think it's like 70% diet 30% routine, bc eventually you self-correct in training and find your optimal after like 200+ sessions even if you start with wrong training ideas

Gotta bulk and cut. Progress on compounds, do isolation repeat. You can get away with a recomp your first year, but your weight should be based on your height. Something like your height in cm should be your weight in lbs basically
