Keep ROM limited while benching then use the rest time between each set for some face pulls. Do more pulling movements. You can avoid flat bench but the underlying problem isn't benching, it's weak shoulders.

The main cause is that your upper back and shoulders are weak do bent over rows and dumbbell shoulder presses or any movement that focus those muscle groups and it will minimize or go away completely
