Fitness is a temporary venture, you won't always do it all the time.. go all out for 2-3 years hit those plateaus and be happy with the results. You're body is gonna do the same thing with pr's once you you hit your limit. Get the body and move on. There's no getting to 600 bench if I just workout for 20 years. It's genetics for a small amount of people. Get fit then move on, life has other shit to do.
