elevate on the balls of your feet somehow (a plate or yoga bricks) and drive your heel down and up with control explosively with the heaviest weight you can manage. start light or even no weight to get the full range of motion. the problem is most people dont use full range of motion or not enough reps. also jump rope

Unironically full range of motion. Do a 1-2 (up) 1-2(down) tempo. Not the jumpy bursts which train the connective tissue more.

Bulk and hold for a few months and do a lot of walking. You’ll get permeant bigger calves after you cut. If you see people tar were fat who slimmed down they all have bigger calves. If squats and deadlifts aren’t doing it sure as hell calf raises won’t it’s a waste of time unless you hit calves like every day
