It's cheap and tastes very good
>>77278454>whey>cheapbuy onions based powder instead
>>77278454according to my calculations, it's significantly less cost effective than some chicken breast.
>>77278463>>77278465It only uses a half scoop for the whey
>>77278468i read your image and took that into consideration.
>>77278454>ambrosia>its just milk + protein powder
>>77278471It's more like 0.5 per dose of the way, not normie msrp price It ain't as cheap as chicken but it's still cheap and variety is the real spice of life
Quark is like 2.45€/kg with 100g of quality proton. Less processed, slow digesting. An added bonus: you smell like a baby (femcels love this).
>>77278454found the helimixchad
> mixes milk with milk
>>77278465>dry milk>double normal milkIs it really? Always thought it was poverty food. I just to pick those up when I was a broke mfer
Most of that protein is hyper-processed food waste slop or damaged into oblivion with heat treatment. You can get so much better and cheaper protein, that will taste better and not give you protein farts with this:Crack 4 room-temperature raw eggs into a large glass. Mix them lightly with a whisk.Add two glasses of real milk (raw milk).Add a teaspoon or two of raw, never-heated honey.Mix it with a handheld blender.I call it an eggshake. You can also add a little bit of fruit to it or cocoa powder for flavor.Freeze-dried strawberry powder would be great for flavor and color too.
>>77280010Forget to mention: the point of the raw honey is that it contains enzymes that improve digestibility. The eggshake should still be consumed slowly and not too cold, because most people's bodies are not ready to digest this much fat and protein at once. It may take several weeks for your body to be able to produce enough bile to actually digest this.
>>77279982more milk per milk
>>77278476You're adding milk powder to milk and then adding that to milk protein. There's no "variety" here.
>>77280101double milk is legit tho
>>77280279Didn't ask
>>77278454>>77278454mix the dry milks with the wet milk
>>77280101Yeah but chicken isn't milk
>>77280372Good thing nobody said that it was.
>>77278454Just buy Lifeway Kefir for $3.25 at Walmart.>560 calories>40g protein>80% vitamin d3
>>77280416>added sugarNah
>>77280400The variety he was referring to was consuming both chicken and ambrosia. Hope that helps, bud
>>77280455Sorry you're so upset
>>77280421That's just in the flavored ones, you can get plain, and better yet the plain whole milk version but obviously more calories for that. Taste way fukken better than the 2% version thoughever.
>>77280473Ok
