I started benching with a slight decline and it helps a lot, but still have to be careful and strict with form. Just a slight decline, I put the rear of my bench on a plate.

I tried incline benching for awhile and it low-key made it worse.

Wall shoulder/scalpular clocks

You gotta do it every day for at least 10 minutes a day. I heard some people say you should consume collagen 30 minutes before too but im not too sure on the scientific legitimacy of that. Can't hurt tho. Joint supplements with glucosamine are also good too. I just get the joint health plus from costco and it does me well enough. I have bad joints bc im tall so i deal with this stuff a lot

If using a belt, out, to push against the belt.

If not using a belt, just brace like you're ready to get hit in the abs. You just want them to be in their strongest position. Brian Alshure has pretty solid tips on this if you check his yt. I personally have no intention to risk any serious injury so use fairly tame weights and very rarely use a belt
