Been powersharting for about a year. Got my squat from 150 to 375... Awesome!

Anyways most of my training has been in the 2-6 rep range... I got tired of having chicken legs and decided to rub a hypertrophy block for a bit. First workout ... 260 4x10 back squats. I managed to do two sets before bordering losing balance and falling over due to fatigue on my 5th rep of the 3rd set.

Can people really do 4x10 of 70% 1rm high bar squats without feeling like they're going to puke and pass out?
