There's no point in shredding yo show off your muscles if you don't have any muscles to show off. If OP put on some more muscles, at this exact same body fat % he would look much more impressive.

You are not very big and not very lean. You should be trying to lean bulk, it isn't that hard just don't eat extra sugar and carbs and make sure you get enough protein.

I had a similar build to you and did a dirty bulk and now I look shit because I am not thick enough to hold that extra fat. Gotta cut now. No point in it, could have just bulked cleaner. Learn from my mistakes.

i'm going to go against the opinions of this thread so far and say you should continue cutting. from what i can see here, you don't have much muscle... i would just cut until you get to like 10-12% bf to give yourself as much runway as possible for a proper bulk. if you start bulking now you'll probably puss out early bc of the extra pudge, and then you'll go back to bulking too soon because you once again will have hardly any muscle, and basically you'll just spin your wheels for 6-9 months. spend the extra ~6-8 weeks to get lean properly, then bulk.
