>This is the record of a middle-aged guy who completed the One-Punch Man Challenge for 3 years straight.
>41 years old, 74.7 kg
>One-Punch Man Challenge: 10km Run, 100 Push-ups, 100 Sit-ups, 100 Squats. Do this every single day for 3 years without a break.
>I started this to build the stamina needed to run 200km around Lake Biwa.
>My whole body was incredibly sore at first, but I kept going. My knees hurt and even walking was tough, but I kept going.
>I suddenly developed asthma and woke up multiple times at night, but I kept going.
>No matter how early I had to get up for work, I kept going.
>Even on days I overslept or was away on business trips, I kept going.
>4 meals a day, 1721 kcal total. Protein: 209.0g, Fat: 44.7g, Carbs: 127.2g. I stuck to my diet and even cooked for myself, despite being bad at it.
>
>I stuck to my diet and even cooked for myself, despite being bad at it.
>On my days off, I would run for 10 hours straight.
>In my first 100km marathon, I finished under 9 hours and placed in the top ranks.
>Completed the Yatsugatake Nobeyama Kogen 100km Ultra Marathon—known as the "Yokozuna (grand champion) of the East."
>There were so many days I didn't want to do it. But every time, I thought, "If I can't even handle this, I'll never run around Lake Biwa." So I'd just silently put on my shoes and walk out the door.
>I continued through the rain, the wind, and even through typhoons. I continued through the extreme heat of midsummer. I continued through snowy days.
>I became able to do 30 consecutive pull-ups and 62 consecutive dips.
>During the challenge, 8 of my toenails completely peeled off.
>Challenge Day 1,096. Weight: 64.6 kg (10.1 kg lost from the start). ...just a reason to keep going. What I gained after 1,096 consecutive days was an unbreakable spirit.
>Only the reason to keep going. What I gained after 1,096 days was an unbreakable spirit.
>I had no talent. All I had was...

Absolutely mogs /fit/, there is literally no excuse.

>I had no talent. All I had was...
a good and healthy body (narrow hips, straight back, V shaped bone structure)

people will see this and think
>oh I can still make it
when in reality it's over for some at age 18 already

you can recover from 20 years as seditary office worker
but you can never ever never ever recover from 2 years of fuck-up during puberty

what is this cope? Are you the hunchback or Notre Dame?
>>
>>77279068
His abs look great, and he is very cut, but his muscle mass in many areas is quite undeveloped. For that amount of effort and willpower he could have chosen a more balanced weightlifting routine and had even better results.

>>
>>77279220
You're literally retarded, all of his muscles are "developed". You're probably a fat woman
>>
proving once again that putting in the work is the most important thing
>>
>>77279377
No, you're literally retarded if you can't tell the difference between muscular and low body fat %. The dude has basically an extreme cardio routine which has him at extremely low bodyfat, so even though his muscles are tiny, they are very exposed. He does have some muscles, but not nearly what he would have if he were weightlifting.

Only his abs are what I would call big. His arms are tiny and his delts and traps are non-existent. Pecs are beginner level. Can't see legs or back in the photo but since he was only doing bodyweight squats it is probably on par with his pecs.

I am actually genuinely surprised at how little 100 push-ups did for his arms.
>>
>>77279402
If you see his push-up form they look like half reps.

Little lying piece of shit. He didn't do it to run around Lake Biwa. He did it to gain attention on social media. If he did it for Lake Biwa run, he would run around the lake and be done with it.

>unlfattering vs unflattering angle
>relaxed vs pose
>no pump vs pump
>pale vs tan
>uniform lighting vs sideways light
the only aesthetic difference in his body is that he got leaner. Also this story makes no sense, he was doing the OPM challenge as a training regimen but then his workouts include things that have nothing to do with it like 10 hours runs, dips and pullups?
And only eating 1700kcal a day while running 10k plus doing other activities? But he only lost 10kg in 3 years?

>>77279068
How do you run that much and not destroy your knees?
>>
>>77280024
eh I never take these claims seriously before seeing the video, kipping, turtlenecking and half-repping can basically let you do twice as many pullups than you can do with strict form, just look at crosshitters
