Broke my collarbone and shoulderblade while driving with my bike back home. Got surgery yesterday with a metal plate and 3 screws on each side. Starting physiotherapy tomorrow. How fast can i go back into lifting?
Anyone else came back after a clavicle fracture?

Nigger ask your doctor. Also you're thinking about this the wrong way and you're gonna pull a Marc Marquez if you don't cool it

I broke both of mine as a teenager
10 weeks in the sling, an extra 2 weeks on top before going back to contact sports
I could take my arm out of the sling at like 5 weeks, it would just get tired after a while
Mine were nearer the tip though, and I don't have any plates or screws. You'll probably need longer to recover

Never breaking bones is the norm.
People were likely to die after breaking any bone without modern medicine just 200 years ago
That's why we have so many failures with brittle bones nowadays

Yeah I snapped my collarbone and couldn't move my right arm for 2 months.

Avoid all moving it, it will take longer to heal. Get some vitamin K and vitamin D, plus calcium.

I recall spending my days lying in bed watching One Piece at my mothers place. In retrospect it was a good time but I was in constant anxiety that it would never heal properly or I would lose strength. Now I'm strongest I've ever been and the bone feels fine
