Broke my collarbone and shoulderblade while driving with my bike back home. Got surgery yesterday with a metal plate and 3 screws on each side. Starting physiotherapy tomorrow. How fast can i go back into lifting?Anyone else came back after a clavicle fracture?
>>77279119>How fast can i go back into lifting?Nigger ask your doctor. Also you're thinking about this the wrong way and you're gonna pull a Marc Marquez if you don't cool it
>>77279119I broke both of mine as a teenager10 weeks in the sling, an extra 2 weeks on top before going back to contact sportsI could take my arm out of the sling at like 5 weeks, it would just get tired after a whileMine were nearer the tip though, and I don't have any plates or screws. You'll probably need longer to recover

>>77279119Yeah I snapped my collarbone and couldn't move my right arm for 2 months.Avoid all moving it, it will take longer to heal. Get some vitamin K and vitamin D, plus calcium.I recall spending my days lying in bed watching One Piece at my mothers place. In retrospect it was a good time but I was in constant anxiety that it would never heal properly or I would lose strength. Now I'm strongest I've ever been and the bone feels fine
