what are your best cutting tips, /fit/?
I already know the obvious ones like

I want to hijack this stupid thread to ridicule the concept of a "cheat day", or meal or whatever. Who are you cheating? Yourself? It's only yourself. And besides, it's a complete misnomer because cheating is giving yourself an unfair advantage. Not following a diet and ruining your cut isn't cheating it's sabotaging. Should be called sabotage day or sabotage meal. Smoking meth would be cheating. My cheat meal is meth.

The biggest part people forget about when cutting is the fact you still need to perform when training to actually maintain ur muscle mass in a calorie deficit

Your calories should actually INCREASE on your rest day, the day before a training session, and then DECREASE on the training day as you've trained and no longer need the energy because you'll be resting the next day

I train 3 days a week

M/W/F

So my high calorie days are Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and my low calorie days are Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

The thing I do on my lower calorie days is massively increase my protein intake.
