At 6'3'' 175lbs doing a 4 day upper/lower split, with two cardio days a week (cycling), what should my macros look like to lean bulk?

I am about 11% bf right now and my lifts are very subpar, benching 1.5 plates, squatting just over 2, i can do 7-8 strict pullups and dips so decent lb for lb strength i guess

50% carbs/ 25% protein/ 25% fat

Modify those so that you’re getting 1g protein per lb body weight each day. Add any leftover percentage to fat because eating that many carbs in a day is hard
