At 6'3'' 175lbs doing a 4 day upper/lower split, with two cardio days a week (cycling), what should my macros look like to lean bulk?I am about 11% bf right now and my lifts are very subpar, benching 1.5 plates, squatting just over 2, i can do 7-8 strict pullups and dips so decent lb for lb strength i guess
