My fellow anons, I've been researching ecdy for a few days and let me save you the trouble because I think this compound has been severely misunderstood. It's a plant steroid working through estrogen receptor beta meaning zero androgen activity, no balding, no ballshrinking, none of that shit.WADA funded a human study where already trained guys gained 2kg lean mass in 10 weeks then immediately put it on their monitoring list. Separate rat study showed it outperforming Dianabol AND a tren derivative at equal doses. Not matching. Outperforming. There's also a newer sarcopenia study with sedentary patients showing muscular benefits with a more controlled dose, meaning it works without even training.2kg lean mass in trained guys in 10 weeks is basically impossible without extreme genetics or steroids, and if they had those genetics they would've already had the muscle before the study. It works, simple as.Now why does everyone say it doesn't? Two reasons. First, a 2025 study found a popular brand contained less than 0.1% of claimed dose. You're buying chalk and blaming the compound. Second, it's fat soluble, every retard chugging it fasted with water absorbed basically nothing. You don't even need 200mg, studies showed results at around 40-48mg actual verified dose. Problem is you never know if your pill has 5mg or 200mg and nobody in the studies controlled for how they took it or with what food.Take it mid fatty meal. Cyclodextrin complexed versions increase bioavailability 3x but are hard to find with actual verification.TLDR ecdy works but the supplement industry is essentially committing fraud and most people are taking it wrongStudieshttps://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31123801/https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC4447764/https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/40026058/https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC12337734/
>>77280217So, spinach good?
>>77280223No, you can't get meaningful amounts of ecdy from spinach, you need to take supplements but you need to be aware of how to take it and know that you most likely won't get anywhere near the advertised amount
>>77280245so it's the jews, again, stealing my gains.
>>772802451kg of spinach would be meaningful dose.
>>77280245I'm pretty sure you could, but I know you can get it in like a cup or two of quinoa however. It would be a fun hobby project to breed spinach for roid content
I eat lots of spinach and nettles in the form of soups or backed with rice and vegetables, then I mix in sour balkan yogurt. its a yummy spring/summer dish. (but I am still dyel)
>>77280280Perhaps but no one will/wants to eat a kilo of spinach and it's still not very bioavailable so you need to eat all that spinach with a big amount of fat and preferably have eaten something else before. The reason you want to eat something else before is so the ecdy (in pill form) has more time to be picked up and since it's not water soluble you need a lot of fat to increase the amount your body picks up of it as well, so pill form directly after a fatty meal is optimal, then you'll just have to pray your pills contain at least 20mg so you can take 2x, morning and evening preferablyThat way you should get about minimum 40mg which will give you effect and perhaps as strong of a effect as in the WADA study that put it on the list. Haven't tested it myself yet because it seemed like bunk like everyone else said, but I've ordered now after looking deeper into it so I'll get back with results later even if I don't see a noticeable effect
>>77280321If you want a high concentration compared to raw spinach, buy 20 kg, grind it up, soak in ethanol for a few hours to extract the polar molecules. Next, filter out the solids and slowly evaporate the alcohol. This leaves you with a compound rich in polar molecules, ecdy one of them. This may yield about 10 doses? Or just eat quinoa, spinach, or kaniwa with some fats.
from a study on supplements available in Bulgaria and the actual ecdy/turk content
>>77280274Every single time.
>>77280342I'm not going to extract spinach.

>>77280467lol they literally controlled for nothing and the margin of the improvements is miniscule it might as well be placeboMost of the studies if not all of them werent even about spinach consumption but the use of red spinach extracts (RSE), for pathetic placebo results.Just eat your protein and lift you turbo DYELs. You know what enjoy your kidney stones dont come back crying tho
>>77280475>systemic study>no controlall their primary studies had control (RCT to be exact), retard.
>>77280507You're such a fucking retard literally every single study including the shitty questionaires have two split groups. It doesn't matter. They didn't control for any other variable than "did you take our super duper spinach super soldier serum if yes is your performance better...yes?!!! Holyyy shiiiiit we just discovered a new steroid"
>>77280513>shitty questionaireslol no>muscle oxygenation>strength markers>time to exhaustion markers>body comp parameters>complication rateskek>can't read 1 (one) table with results. Keep going champ!
>>77280535Damn dude you really got me ! So sciency. Perceived exertion, perceived effort, focus (lmao), 1 kilogram added to grip strength over the course of god knows how longIt also turn out if you bench press for one month straight your bench increases ! Damnhttps://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8227312/
You can even argue that some of the results are equal or worse since despite the miniscule increase the deviation/margin of error got worse meaning the athletic freaks in the trials got worse results while the newbs got better since their progression is already guaranteed no matter whatAnd most of the linked trials and studies have supplement companies conflict of interest.Im convinced epidemiology is solely a thing to swipe conflict of interest in individual trials under the rug
>>77280557crop harder. >of god knows how longfollowup times are in the paper 1st table, tardie.>It also turn out if you bench press for one month straight your bench increases ! Damnand on tested substance you progress faster and have more explosive power>You can even argue that some of the results are equal or worsIt was "argued", just read the discussion of analyzed results.>meaning the athletic freaks in the trials got worse results while the newbs got better since their progression is already guaranteed no matter whatthat one, you can't infer from those studies>Im convinced epidemiology is solely a thing to swipe conflict of interest in individual trials under the rugcool, nothing to do with a fucking spinach tho
