I'm still training, not posting full updates. Cardio leveled up again which is nice and peaking is going well outside of deadlift. Had my best squat session of the year so far today. Bench should go well too. I'm mostly a sumo puller but pulling conv because of my glute until I'm 100% sure its better. Looking at 495/405/525 in a few weeks. Todays training was bad I did not get enough sleep and cut a bunch of volume so I won't get hurt. Knee still needs some work as the intensity creeps up but the strength will be there. Knee is much improved, trying not to go backwards. I can finally do some broad jumps and double unders on pavement without it hurting.
