100kg 180cm with 30kg of muscle mass (not lean mass, lean mass is literally more bones and water than muscle which dont require much energy) vs 100kg 180cm with 15kg muscle mass will never have the same "tdee" yet cicofags are vehement it is.
The thing is, measuring muscle mass is absurdly inaccurate near impossible thus makes even this small fix redundant

Yeah because BMR is your maintenance calories if and only if you're completely immobile. The calculator literally lists your maintenance calories as 2244 if you're sedentary, which means you're over 200 calories in deficit eating 2000 calories a day and lazing around like the fatass you are.

So yeah, you can lose weight on 2000 because you are 224 below your maintenance (this is all just an approximation from a calculator, we don't know the exact numbers).

Keep in mind though that 1 kg of fat is 7700 calories, so it would take you 34 days to lose a single kg. At 110 kgs while being 160ish cms, you should really consider a larger deficit than this.

Put your bodyfat% in, retard. A tdee calculator that doesn't let you factor that is garbage. And there are mulitple different formulas that try to calculate this shit for you. The link in the /fat/ general is actually a good resource for all of them.

Use the navy method for your bf%. It's only accurate for normal bodyfat ranges. Anything over 25% becomes increasingly less reliable, not that it matters since anything more than that is intolerable fatass tier regardless.
