I was thinking of doing:

5 minutes of push ups
5 minutes of squats

Then running for 10 minutes on the threadmill

Every day from monday to friday, starting next week

I'll also fix my diet by boiling brocoli, mushrooms, sardines and sweet potatoes and put them in a blender to make soup

It that a good way to begin?

here is the simplest and most effective way that will guarantee results:
do a push pull routine because it is easy
eat a high protein diet because it is easy

that's it. stick to less than 2000 calories a day which is easy when you're eating protein. eat eggs however you like them, steaks, chicken breast, broccoli if you want.

don't do stupid shit like broccoli shakes and pushups, wtf dude? are you a woman?

Just commit to walking for an hour straight once a day for a month. And avoid fast food and sweets. Thats it. You need to train your brain that moving around everyday is good and normal. You need to train your brain that you don’t need slop to live.
If you can do this for one month, then come back for exercise and diet advice. If you can’t do this you’re ngmi.

Go to the nearest gym that offers free personal training and just take the trainer's advice for a few months. You have the body of a titan. Not the greek titan, attack on titan. Anything will work for you. The consistency of the gym, and learning how to work the weights and the machines will be good for your long term development (which won't happen because you won't do anything).

There is exercise right now, whether you want to or not. Motivation is a lie, don’t think you need motivation.

The secret to getting fit is that everyone hates it at first, but you have to force your self to do it. If you give your self the excuse of “later” you will never be consistent. There is only right now and today.

I can't even tell if this is bait or a joke or real.
I feel like it could be genuine so I'll share something.

Almost everyone already told you that meal is atrocious, so i won't bother with that.
The only think that I am going to add is that I would just walk on the threadmill over running. Run will likely fuck up your joins and I seriously doubt you will be able to do 10 minutes anyway. Just walk like 20 to 30 minutes a day at whatever pace you are okay with. Good luck friend.
