Try something different. Instead of doing upper/lower just blast a part a day, even try more/less rest. Everyone is different

Sleep/Recovery - INCLUDING recovery from whatever physical/mental stress you incur through work, school, or life. If you haven't, spend a month or two prioritizing recovery over all else and see if that gives you a bump in anyway. The unfortunate reality is that this is either incredibly difficult to balance with life or impossible for some people. Once you are out of college and working fatigue and stress from life can be costing you plenty of gains without seeming that significant.2.) Nutrition. I think it is very difficult for most people to estimate what they are eating. You might need to eat more calories, you might need more protein, carbs, or fats. If you haven't, spend a week diligently tracking your intake and expenditure then experiment a bit with more of something or less of something. 3.) Progression/Work This might be the most obvious but you might not actually be attempting to progress hard enough. Or you might be chasing the wrong thing. For example, I think some people respond better to volume and others to intensity. If everything else is dialed try something very different and see if you respond more or less. Worst case is nothing changes but you get a little variety.Keep at it and learn to enjoy the work as well as the results.
